Shipping time
All printed orders currently have a 3-5 days processing time.
Embroidered order will take 3-4 weeks for processing (this does not include shipping time). Please consider before place an order. Thank you for shopping with us.
We are working hard to fulfill your order and we strive to process your order and ship it out sooner. However, in rare cases, it may take longer.
U.S. SHIPPING – Arrives in 2-3 Weeks
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – arrives in 3-4 Weeks
Once the order ships, you will receive a shipping notification email along with your tracking number.
***Note on Embroidered and 2D Printed Orders:
Please note that the production time for 2D printed products is faster than embroidered products. Printed products will be given priority for early shipment compared to embroidered products.
Wrong address or change address within (12hours)

Return/Exchange Policy
We take great care in inspecting each item before it’s shipped to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. In the rare case that you receive a defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it and provide photos of the defect. However, please be aware that all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any other reason. Thank you for your understanding.
Delayed/Lost Orders
If your order is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check your mailbox and ask your neighbors to see if they have received it by mistake. In some cases, packages may be delivered to the wrong address or show up 1-2 days after the estimated delivery date. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact USPS (Tel: 1-800-275-8777) immediately to file a claim. Please note that Overthinker Apparel is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. However, we will do our best to provide you with any information you need to help with your claim.
